Where care is available
All visits are by secure video, with the same prescriber at every appointment. You must be located in one of the states below at the time of your visit. Ages 17 and up. Your coverage and exact cost are verified before your Comprehensive Initial Appointment, wherever you live.
State-specific notes
If you are on Medicare in one of these five states, you can be seen under Medicare here. In other states, the commercial plans below and cash pay apply.
Medicaid is accepted for patients located in Oregon and Wyoming.
Care is telehealth by design. In-person visits are arranged in advance in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Beaverton, Ogden, Alexandria, and New Orleans when a visit in person is needed, for example for federal prescribing requirements.
Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare and Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Oscar, Oxford, Carelon, and Providence, with additional plans available. Copays typically run $0 to $40 once coverage is verified.
